All items are built to order and therefore can not be returned or cancelled..

Warranty

TMS Lighting warrants its products to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of five (5) years from shipment date. TMS in its sole discretion will either repair or replace any defective item covered by warranty. Due to weather conditions, fading of finishes is normal and not warranted.  Standard lead times apply to all replacements; however, TMS Lighting will make every effort to ship in a time-sensitive manner. Replacements will be shipped via ground/standard freight.  TMS Lighting’s warranty liability is limited to the replacement of defective products. TMS Lighting is not liable for any labor costs associated with any warranty claims, or for any incidental or consequential damages. Improper installation, abuse, and/or modification of the products will void this warranty.  It is the customer’s responsibility to determine the suitability of a given TMS Lighting product for the customer’s uses. It is the customer ‘s responsibility to ensure that the installation of any TMS Lighting product and any required assembly is performed by a qualified electrician in accordance with the instructions furnished by TMS Lighting and in accordance with local codes and bylaws. Improper installation, abuse, misapplication and/or modification of any product will void the warranty .  Note: TMS Lighting makes every effort to ensure that the information contained in this Web site is correct to the best of our knowledge and belief, having been compiled from reliable and official sources of information. However, there exists the possibility of error and TMS Lighting cannot assume responsibility. 

Limitation of Liability : All sales are pursuant to TMS Lighting's standard terms and conditions including those of the limited liability policy. TMS Lighting, in no event or circumstances shall be liable for special, incidental, consequential, indirect or compensatory damages, resulting from but not limited to loss of use, lost revenues, lost profits, lost business or lost goodwill, in the connection or from the sale, use, non-delivery or delivery of its products.  TMS Lighting under no circumstances and without limitation shall be held liable for any special or indirect  circumstances or damages.
